Your privacy

This page explains how Gearhold uses information during a storage enquiry.

Your storage request

If you contact us on WhatsApp, the equipment, dates, quantity and notes you choose to send are shared with our team through WhatsApp. Its own privacy terms also apply. If you use the request form, your name, email and request details are sent to our configured booking inbox. We use these details to answer your enquiry and arrange your storage.

Campaigns and analytics

Campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers are kept for your browser session and included with your request so we can understand where it came from. Optional Google analytics loads only after you allow it. We do not send your name, email or free-text notes in analytics events.

Optional analytics is currently disabled.

Questions about your data

Contact us on WhatsApp to ask about, correct or request deletion of your enquiry information. Please do not include payment card details or sensitive documents in your request.
